Equipped with Advocate Licenses to be able to represent companies in Courts.
Sets tone and boundaries for the negotiation proces.
Identify and removes obstacles.

Having a specific in-depth technical knowledge in Law and experience handle law cases.
Maintain overall cases and deadlines within group.
Applies integrated analytical approach to resolving any issues and identifies necessary resources.
Provide the technical aspect of any Law Suit Cases to strengthened the company’s arguments and analyze the impact to the group.
Participates in corporate discussions for assessing any risks and exposures.
Develops and sets high standards and procedures for complex any commercial cases programs.
Develop strategy for efficient and effective case problem solving.
Job Requirements :
Min Bachelor Degree in Law, from Reputable University
Having min 3 years of working experience as Legal
Having experience in Litigation
Having Peradi License is an advantages
Having knowledge about Domestic Market Obligation
Fluent in English
Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
