The Opportunity

As a CACI-Mission & Engineering Services Special Programs Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) by managing budgetary processes, providing financial intelligence analysis, and driving the development of emerging capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial management, intelligence, data analysis, and the intricacies of the Department of War (DoW) and SOF environments.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will act as a crucial liaison between SOF organizations and external financial capability offices to oversee and enhance financial operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for supporting and tracking disbursing operations for Theater Special Operation Commands (TSOCs). Leveraging your expertise in financial intelligence, you will perform deep analysis using open-source intelligence (OSINT) and advanced data analysis tools to identify anomalous or suspicious financial activities and transactions.

Your role includes the meticulous review, processing, and auditing of financial workbooks and documents to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance. You will leverage your strong understanding of financial management principles to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of SOF operations by ensuring financial readiness and intelligence support.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) and data analysis tools
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial management principles
  • Understanding of DoD/DoW, USSOCOM, and GCC policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to identify anomalous or suspicious financial activities and transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Desired:

  • Experience with government financial systems and software
  • Knowledge of SOF operations and requirements
  • Experience with Bank Secrecy Act reporting mechanisms
  • Experience with blockchain analytics

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
