BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Special Needs (IDD) Aides to join the team in Erie County, PA. BAYADA’s Special Needs (IDD) Aides work one-on-one in home and community settings as a mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their goals and fullest potential. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We are committed to investing in people and nurturing their desire to grow, and we can’t wait for you to join us.
The more flexible and reliable you are, the more shifts you may be able to work! The majority of our shifts are part-time, dayshifts, Monday through Friday. We value compassion, excellence, and reliability, and are seeking aides who will also be committed to our values.
