As a Special Gases Engineer, you will set up, operate, monitor and control the Specialty gas filling (EPA protocol gas and Hydrocarbon Mixtures gas) in order to support the business requirement, cost efficiency and planning how to support the further growth. For technical and safety, to ensure the implementation of AL group practices, IMS, Safety, Reliability and KPI.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Ownership of PAG Operation in NK plant, process and equipment of PAG filling center and PAG Trucks

• Responsible for managing the plant, process, equipment, accessible and work permit issue / control through all the activities within his scope of ownership and to ensure safety of people and process reliability.

• Responsible for monitoring, follow up and feedback to ensure the effectiveness of maintenance and testing of all equipment, EIS equipment to ensure personnel and process safety and reliability.

• Ensure & Maintain Reliability of machines & equipments.

• Manage to ensure the deployment of policy, program , action plan through MAXIMO and other applicable systems.

• Ensure implementation of group IMS, reliability, availability and safety practice code, regulation.

• Provide trainings and supervision to subordinates.

• Reporting, Monitoring and provide for comment, guideline, lead corrective , preventive action plan for department key performance improvement.

• Ensure safety operation work, reliability work, and loss control.

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related technical field.

• Mininum 1 year of experience in chemical production processes; gas industry exposure is a significant advantage.

• Basic proficiency in equipment maintenance and the ability to operate within an industrial plant environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable results.

• Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-centric mindset and a service-oriented approach.

• A proactive team player who values knowledge sharing and thrives in a high-stakes, safety-first culture.
