Job Shift: AnyThis position is open to part-time, temporary workers, and interns. The role supports sales and distribution of draft and packaged products while providing quality service to retailers, businesses, and community organizations during events organized or sponsored by these entities.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation of approved Company programs and policies that will result in the achievement of sales volume, promotion, Company image, and merchandising goals while effectively presenting the Company’s brands to various entities and consumers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with entity representatives to further solidify the Company’s reputation as a desirable vendor of choice for future events.
- Attend selected negotiation meetings with the Special Events Manager to become familiar with the commitments and obligations of the Company and the entity if the Company is selected as the vendor of choice, and assist the Special Events Manager in ensuring those commitments are fulfilled.
- Be present at most special events and actively engage to ensure both the Company and the entity are honoring the commitments made in their negotiated agreements.
- Participate in all learning and coaching opportunities to develop skills, capabilities, and knowledge.
- Ensure all banners, flyers, promotional items, and goods are obtained and/or distributed.
- Ensure all applicable brewery policies and procedures are followed during events.
- Safely back up vehicles to trailers and deliver them to designated special event locations.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma/GED
- Driving record acceptable to the Company
- Valid Driver’s License
- Highly self-motivated and able to work hours as required (weekends, nights, and holidays)
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws.
