The Special Events Intern will assist the Special Events Team by performing a wide range of tasks and functions to ensure
best in class services at Gillette Stadium. This role will also support the International department on special projects as
assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support execution of Gillette Stadium events by coordinating event day logistics and performing event day roles as assigned.
Set up and participate in event planning meetings and post event debrief meetings
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders throughout the event including before, during and after.
Assist with recording and maintaining an event to-do list in partnership with the Special Events Coordinator.
Assist with setup and teardown of events
Assist International Business Senior Manager with projects supporting international business.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent experience
0-2 years of prior work experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft programs – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effective communication skills, oral and written
Able to effectively plan ahead
Strong team player orientation and customer focus
Interest in sports and entertainment interest, a plus
May be required to work flexible hours including weekends, nights and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
