• Lead and assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events using our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
  
  
• Provide an outstanding customer service and membership experience — we treat our families like family here
  
  
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at every event
  
  
• Communicate confidently with parents and represent The Little Gym brand professionally
  
  
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training
  
  

Schedule & Commitment Requirements

• Must have consistent weekday morning/afternoon and weekend availability year-round
  
  
• Required attendance at weekly team meeting every Wednesday from 3:45pm–5:00pm
  
  
• Must be able to commit long-term (not seasonal or short-term employment)
  
  
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
