ABA.co powered by Finni Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our growing team in Roswell, NM If you're passionate about helping children with diverse learning needs reach their full potential in a collaborative, supportive environment, we'd love to meet you!
This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM position, providing consistency, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) that support student success.
Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction tailored to each student's learning style and needs.
Collaborate with BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), therapists, and families to promote student growth.
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data and ongoing assessments.
Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Passion for helping children build independence and confidence.
Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-4:00 PM)
