
Special Education High School- Humanities
Teach and case-manage a small classroom of students requiring direct, individualized and small-group instruction, based on IEP goals and objectives, within a highly supported setting. There is a strong focus on organizational and self-determination skill development to prepare students for academic success. A strong background in the design and implementation of science curricula for students with social-emotional and other learning differences is essential to this position. The teacher hired for this position will work within a team setting that includes program teachers, School Adjustment Counselors, and BCBA consultation.
Degree Preferred: Masters
Experience Preferred: 2 years
Additional Requirements:
Candidates with dual licensure are preferred.
