Urgently Hiring: Special Education TeacherNashville | 2025–2026 | Full Time (On-Site)| $50,000-$80,000
We’re urgently hiring Special Education Teachers for some of Nashville’s most inclusive, student-centered public charter schools. These teams prioritize high-quality IEP practices, meaningful relationships, and school cultures where teachers are supported, respected, and empowered.
What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure access to grade-level content- Build strong relationships with students and families- Use data to drive progress toward IEP goals
Special Education Roles We’re Filling- Elementary Special Education Teachers- Middle & High School Special Education Teachers- Content Specialists (Math + ELA)- Low-Incidence Special Education Teachers
Requirements- Tennessee teaching license with Special Education endorsement- Nashville-area residency- Background check clearance
Compensation$50,000–$80,000, depending on experience and education (direct hire with school partner). Benefits included.
