Special Education Teacher – Extensive Support Needs (Moderate/Severe)

Pay: $70–$8/hr (Contract, W2 or 1099)
Location: Marysville / Yuba County Area, CA
Schedule: Full-time or part-time (school year contract)

ISO Workforce Alliance is hiring a Special Education Teacher to support students with extensive support needs in the Marysville area

This position is part of our dedicated Behavior & Special Education Division, connecting passionate educators with schools that value collaboration, compassion, and consistent support for students with unique learning needs.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized instructional programs for students with moderate to severe disabilities.

• Adapt curriculum materials and activities to meet each student’s goals and learning style.

• Provide direct instruction in academic, social, communication, and daily living skills.

• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.

• Participate in IEP meetings and monitor student progress toward goals.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with special education requirements.

Requirements

• Education Specialist Instruction Credential – Moderate/Severe Disabilities (CA)

• CLAD Certificate (Crosscultural, Language, and Academic Development)

• Prior experience teaching students with extensive or high-support needs preferred.
