Minga Education Group is a small, Colorado‑based non‑profit dedicated to helping charter schools thrive. We support schools by strengthening business operations, HR systems, financial processes, and student‑service functions so educators can focus on teaching and learning. As part of our team, you will work closely with diverse schools across the state and contribute to high‑quality, equitable educational experiences for students with disabilities. We offer a collaborative, supportive environment that values professional growth and meaningful impact.
The Special Education Teacher provides high‑quality instruction, case management, and specialized services for students with disabilities across PK–12 settings. This role ensures that students receive individualized, evidence‑based academic, behavioral, and social/emotional supports aligned with their IEPs. The teacher collaborates with school teams, families, and related service providers to deliver compliant, student‑centered programming and to maintain accurate, timely documentation.
The Special Education Teacher applies strong instructional expertise, deep knowledge of service‑delivery models, and effective progress‑monitoring practices to support student growth. This role may also assist with evaluation processes, facilitate IEP meetings, and contribute to MTSS/RTI systems, trauma‑informed practices, and culturally responsive family engagement.

Minga Education Group is a nonprofit, mission-driven education service provider dedicated to helping Colorado schools thrive. We partner with school boards and leadership teams to strengthen the systems, knowledge, and capacity needed to lead high-performing, sustainable schools. Our integrated services span educational leadership, governance, operations, human resources, finance, and compliance—providing schools with deep expertise while preserving their local identity and autonomy.
Our approach is flexible, embedded, and responsive. Whether a school is strengthening governance, improving academic outcomes, building operational infrastructure, navigating Colorado-specific requirements, or preparing for its next stage of growth, Minga provides the strategic guidance and hands-on support to move from planning to execution.
At the heart of our work is a simple belief: strong schools are built by strong local leaders. We don’t replace school leaders—we equip them to lead better.
Our goal is not simply to provide services. It is to build lasting organizational capacity, strengthen school communities, and create the conditions for educators and leaders to focus on what matters most: exceptional experiences and outcomes for students.
