In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $56,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on education, licensure, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
The Special Education Teacher provides educational instruction within a highly structured, trauma-informed Day Treatment setting. Teachers work closely with clinicians, behavior specialists, paraprofessionals, families, and community partners to create individualized educational experiences that meet students where they are and help them progress toward their academic and behavioral goals.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary treatment environment where education is integrated with therapeutic support services.

Based in Littleton, CO, and serving primarily Colorado youth and families, we provide therapeutic care and services, including educational programming, day treatment, residential care, and community based outpatient services, as well as independent living and wrap-around services. We strongly believe in building a circle of support around each youth in our care. We work closely with families and social services personnel. Our approach is based on over 30 years of experience creating an environment where wounds begin to heal, relationships are built or restored, and new possibilities are created.
