The Mankato School District has a position available for Special Education Resource Paraeducator at Hoover Elementary School beginning September 10, 2026.
Elementary school hours are 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

of Duties:
The Resource Paraeducator works under the direction of a certified teacher to support students receiving special education services. Key responsibilities include implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), facilitating behavioral and academic interventions, tracking student progress, and assisting with daily classroom operations. This role involves working directly with students who have diverse learning, emotional, and physical needs, fostering an encouraging environment that supports both their personal growth and academic success.

Pay:
Starting at $18.50 - up to $19.72 per hour (Based on experience in a public school setting).
Eligible Employee Benefits include: Effective on Day 1 for employees working 30+ hours per week.
