Role and Responsibilities
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. The employee is required to occasionally climb up and down bus steps and may be required to climb in and out of the Rear Emergency Door. The employee will assist in moving students on and off the bus and move student equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. The employee will frequently communicate with students and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Employees must pass all District pre-employment requirements.
Working Schedule and Rate of Pay:
40 week per year position
Pay rate: as listed in collective bargaining agreement
External starting pay rate: $15.71/hour
4 hours/day (Split Shift)
