Main Purpose of the Role:
Coordinate and support the commercial aspects of Refrigerated & Dangerous Goods loadings. Monitor and report on Reefer & DG equipment forecasts and volumes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Serve as liaison between Customers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics for special equipment. Assist with creating the annual equipment budget. Provide backup support for Out of Gauge & Tank activities.
Main Tasks:
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to conduct rudimentary analytics to include Market data review/analysis, forecasting and performance (to target) comparatives.
• Customer Service, Pricing, Logistics and/or Operations knowledge is a plus
• Prior Zim experience is a plus.
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• OOG & Operations knowledge is a plus
