Requirements


Education, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements


  • Relevant degree(s) in related fields.

  • Fluent spoken and written English; additional
    languages are a plus
    (specifically French or Portuguese)

  • Proven experience working in multicultural,
    multidisciplinary teams, preferably in non-profit or development contexts.

  • Experience
    in working in African countries

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Commitment to collaborative learning, knowledge
    sharing, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience working in youth programs or
    related development initiatives is highly desirable.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with
    the ability to collaborate effectively and foster knowledge sharing.

  • Agility and the ability to respond quickly and
    effectively in fast-paced, urgent work environments are essential, as the work
    often requires rapid mobilization and adaptive action.
