Job Description

Responsibilities

·Collaborate with the Assistant Director, Technology, Analytics, Process Improvement & Quality Assurance (TAPI) to identify and prioritize operational improvements; develop an in-depth understanding of the business unit’s environment, strategy, and challenges.

·Represents the Assistant Director, (TAPI) in meetings, taskforces, and workgroups both internally and externally.

·Take responsibility for communicating action items and next steps to the appropriate staff members and monitors their progress to provide updates to the Assistant Director.

·Monitors the Assistant Director, (TAPI) short-term and long-term commitments and plans; identifies scheduling conflicts, raises issues for intervention, and adjusts plans as required.

·Oversee internal and external special projects in collaboration with other departments and organizations.

·Collect clear and concise requirements that meet business needs.

·Collaborate with the Fund's business divisions to collect data, evaluate, and document departmental workflows and procedures.

·Comprehend both business and technical project requirements and accurately translate them into actionable delivery plans, workflow documents, and use cases.

·Coordinate implementation activities required to achieve the goals and deliverables set by the Assistant Director, track milestones and deliverables, evaluate risks, and manage issues.

·Lead meetings to provide status updates and drive the team to resolve complex issues

·Research and prepare presentations on technology solutions to enhance business operations.

·Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Case, Status Report, Meeting Minutes, and other necessary documents.

·Shows proficiency in effectively interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, affiliations, and executive-level positions.

·Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as directed by management.

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

·Minimum three (3) years of experience as a business unit manager or business analyst, with a background that includes project management, analyzing business processes, and aligning functions/staffing for maximum efficiency

·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

·Effective oral & written communication skills – articulate verbally, and in writing for effective impact and understanding. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to present with credibility and authority. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management including both internal and external partners

·Energetic initiative-taker with strong business sense and analytical skills; management experience preferred.

·Proficient in establishing strong advisory relationships with personnel, management, and senior leadership across various departments.

·Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in planning, estimating, and tracking projects; ability to work independently and ensure project plans meet delivery milestones with high quality standards
