DESCRIPTION: Luxury Reservation Agents interact with customers, make reservations, and answer questions. They also interact with chauffeurs and suppliers to communicate reservation details. A great starter/entry-level position for anyone wishing to enter the hospitality industry.

Typical Duties/Responsibilities
Provide customer service to our customers.
Answer phones and respond to emails
Provide quotes and book reservations
Confirm bookings with drivers and suppliers
May be required to perform other job related duties.
QualificationsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:Customer interaction experience preferred.
Skilled at:Good oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of:Email, Internet Skills, Google Maps.
