Full-Time – Experienced & Certified SPT/CSR Techs

Ensure all surgical supplies, instruments, scopes, and equipment are inventoried, decontaminated, assembled, inspected, packaged, sterilized, stored, distributed, and tracked safely and efficiently across the hospital and offsite clinics. May perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Decontaminate and clean instruments with bioburden using full PPE
Inspect, assemble, and package surgical sets
Operate washers, sterilizers, and other SPD equipment
Deliver sterilized instruments to ORs, clinics, or storage
Maintain inventory and support process improvements
Qualifications
SPD Technician experience is required
SPD Technician certification (CRCST) preferred; must be achieved within 12 months of starting and maintained annually, or equivalent SPD experience
High school graduate required; one year of college preferred
Basic computer skills and knowledge of aseptic technique, microbiology, and medical terminology
Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time positions, base pay $22.28–$35.10 per hour, (individual rates are based on SPD Tech experience)
Days: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Additional $2.75 per hour differential)
Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Additional $6.50 per hour differential)
Weekends: Rotate for all full-time roles (Additional $3.50 per hour differential)
Garage parking is available during scheduled hours for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Day shift team members park off-site and use the employee shuttle.
