Objectif du poste
Le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable de concevoir, structurer et pérenniser des cadres de préparation opérationnelle et d’exécution permettant un déploiement cohérent, rigoureux et efficace des initiatives commerciales et opérationnelles à travers les réseaux Uniprix et Proxim.
Agissant à titre d’expert‑conseil principal, ce rôle soutient le Directeur afin de s’assurer que les magasins, les équipes terrain et les partenaires opérationnels soient pleinement préparés à exécuter les initiatives liées aux opérations de détail, aux rénovations, aux redressements de performance ainsi qu’à la performance en distribution et logistique, préalablement à leur transfert vers les Opérations de détail.
Le poste joue également un rôle clé de conseil dans les situations complexes liées à la distribution et à la logistique, en veillant à ce que les conditions de préparation, les mécanismes d’escalade et les alignements transversaux soient en place afin de protéger la performance du réseau et la satisfaction des membres.

Position Objective
The incumbent is responsible for designing, structuring, and sustaining operational readiness and execution frameworks that enable consistent, disciplined, and effective deployment of commercial and operational initiatives across the Uniprix and Proxim networks.
Acting as a senior subject-matter expert, the role supports the Director in ensuring that stores, field teams, and operational partners are fully prepared to execute initiatives related to retail operations, renovations, turnarounds, and distribution/logistics performance, prior to their transition to Retail Operations.
The role also plays a key advisory function in complex distribution and logistics-related situations, ensuring that readiness conditions, escalation mechanisms, and cross-functional alignment are in place to protect network performance and member satisfaction.
