En tant que Spécialiste IT et Workflow Territoire Sud (Nouvelle Aquitaine, Occitanie et PACA), rattaché(e) à un Responsable Territorial des Equipes Services, vous serez amené(e) à travailler sur des missions essentielles pour garantir l'autonomie et la satisfaction de nos clients, pour la gamme Anatomopathologie et Biologie Délocalisée
Vos principales responsabilités:
Installer nos solutions informatiques et de workflow et former les clients à l’utilisation du Middleware.
Assurer le suivi et l’amélioration continue des solutions Roche.
Apporter votre expertise en avant-vente si nécessaire.
Réaliser la préparation et la mise à jour des installations Middleware Roche.
Installer les connexions Middleware validées (SIL, automates).
Assurer un reporting exact de votre activité et maîtriser les règles et procédures Qualité Sécurité Environnement impactant votre domaine.
Qui vous êtes:
Formation niveau Bac +3 ou équivalent en informatique et réseaux.
Double compétence « biologie / informatique médicale » ou une expérience professionnelle dans l’environnement du laboratoire d’analyses médicales ou d’un éditeur de logiciel SIL (Système Informatique de Laboratoire), Middleware, Application médicale est un atout.
Capacité à installer et configurer les différents composants (systèmes d’exploitation, réseaux, applicatif) des infrastructures informatiques.
Anglais professionnel
Permis B (mobilité territoriale indispensable).
