Are you looking to make a meaningful impact in a manufacturing environment undergoing significant transformation? Agropur is seeking a Poka Specialist, Manufacturing Training and Knowledge Management to join the team in Beauceville.

In this newly created strategic role, you will be responsible for deploying the Poka platform, managing operational knowledge, and developing training tools for the plant’s production teams. Your mission will be to structure, preserve, and share operational knowledge to support employee development, onboarding, and the adoption of new technologies.

• Salary range 004: $73,000 à$ 91,200 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

‘Where you will drive value:’

Working closely with Production, Maintenance, Process, and Training teams, you will help make knowledge management a true performance driver for the Beauceville plant.

• Capture, structure, and preserve critical organizational knowledge.
• Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, guides, videos, and other reference tools within the Poka platform.
• Ensure the quality, accessibility, and standardization of operational documentation.
• Participate in the creation and continuous improvement of training materials.
• Support new employee onboarding and ongoing skills development for existing teams.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Act as the local Poka expert and primary resource for the platform.
• Support teams in adopting new tools and work methods.
• Collaborate on the implementation of new technologies and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

‘What will enable you to have an impact:’

• College diploma (DEC) or university degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in training, continuous improvement, document management, operational excellence, or systems implementation.
• Manufacturing experience; experience in the food and beverage industry is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of the Poka platform is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify and convey information effectively.
• Strong organizational, structuring, and information management skills.
