Job Description

What you'll do

Support Commercial Finance Governance

  • Support Commercial Finance governance activities across the Transactional and P&ES businesses
  • Maintain Commercial Finance tools, standard work, policies, and trainings to ensure consistent execution
  • Support DOA, credit risk governance, commercial reporting, and related governance processes
  • Partner with Regional ITR Finance to drive compliance, process consistency, and continuous improvements

Support FP&A Operations

  • Support core FP&A operating rhythms including monthly close, pacing, forecasts, Budget, Long Range Forecast (LRF), and Long Term Strategy (LTS)
  • Prepare financial analysis and reporting to support business performance reviews and decision making
  • Partner with FP&A and business teams to deliver timely financial insights and operational support

Support Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Support process improvement initiatives across Commercial Finance and FP&A
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve finance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools with PowerBI, Tableau, AMP, and other digital solutions
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and other projects as business priorities evolve

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Accounting, or a related function
  • Fluent in English

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights
  • Experience supporting process improvements and driving operational efficiency
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, AMP, or similar reporting and analytics tools
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results
