Le spécialiste de la location d'équipement occupe un poste de commercial interne chargé d'assister les clients par téléphone et en magasin pour la location de tous types d'équipements de construction et industriels. Ce poste est considéré comme le premier point de contact de l'entreprise avec le client ; son objectif est de comprendre les besoins des clients en matière d'équipement, de négocier et de passer des commandes. Ce poste exige également de solides compétences administratives et la capacité de satisfaire les clients en adoptant une attitude professionnelle en toutes circonstances.
Formation ou expérience requise pour réussir :
• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED requis
• Permis de conduire valide requis
• Connaissance des différents types d'outils et d'équipements de construction et industriels
Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes requises :
• Expérience préalable dans le secteur de la location de matériel
• Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de communication téléphonique
• Solides compétences informatiques et administratives
• Avoir suivi avec succès le processus de qualification du DOT (Département des Transports) est un atout
• La maîtrise d'une deuxième langue (espagnol ou autre) peut être un atout dans certains sites

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Inside Sales Representative.
The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role responsible supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentalsof all types of construction/industrial equipment. This position is considered the Company’s front line of contact with the customer, whose purpose is to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders. The role also requires strong administrative skills and an ability to deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.
Education or experience that prepares you for success:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:
• Previous equipment rental industry experience
• Strong customer service & telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range
23.35 - 27.72
