Le spécialiste bilingue en gestion de projet gérera et coordonnera de manière proactive les aspects commerciaux et techniques des commandes de projet de base à haute valeur incluant des équipements standard, assemblés sur commande et conçus sur commande. Le spécialiste bilingue en gestion de projet agira comme défenseur du client tout en communiquant avec les usines, les ventes sur le terrain et la clientèle assignée concernant l'état des commandes, y compris le maintien des plannings de production et la prise en charge des problèmes logistiques afin d'assurer une livraison à temps et précise des engagements de projet.
Parmi ses responsabilités supplémentaires figurent le rôle de support technique de secours lors des phases pré et post-vente, ainsi que l'établissement, le développement et le développement des relations clients afin de renforcer les partenariats et d'atteindre des objectifs à long terme.
Ce que vous ferez :
QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE (requises) :
• Licence en génie électrique ou mécanique ou diplôme de technologue délivré par un établissement accrédité.
• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la distribution électrique, gérant les aspects commercial, transactionnel et technique des projets.
• Compréhension du diagramme unifilaire et des connaissances en distribution d'électricité.
• Bilingue en anglais / français – devra communiquer couramment en français avec les clients et les ventes, et en anglais avec toutes les autres fonctions de soutien.

QUALIFICATIONS SOUHAITÉES :
• Certification Project Management Professional (PMP).

The Bilingual Project Management Specialist, will proactively manage and coordinate the commercial and technical aspects of basic to high value project orders containing standard, assembled-to-order and engineered-to-order equipment. The Bilingual Project Management Specialist will serve as a customer advocate while communicating with plants, field sales, and assigned customer base regarding the status of orders including maintaining production schedules and addressing logistical concerns to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of project commitments.
Additional responsibilities include functioning as a technical backup support in pre and post-sales stages and establishing, developing, and nurturing customer relationships to strengthen partnerships and achieve long term objectives.
What you'll do:
• Provide active support to project team with order management and maintenance.
• Maintain the commercial integrity of assembled to order projects. This includes reviewing and understanding customer purchase order requirements, ensuring system data integrity, and maintaining financial control measures.
• Manage multiple project orders and prioritize time and tasks effectively to serve Eaton’s customers.
• Maintain the scheduling and financial tracking of all assigned project orders including accurate invoicing, on-time shipments, and logistical planning.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, plants, credit, field sales, and other relevant internal departments to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of project commitments.
• Lead project meetings and provide guidance to team members to ensure that project objectives are understood and met.
• Communicate directly with the assigned customer base regarding the status of orders, shipment schedule, invoicing etc.
• Maintain company objectives throughout the order cycle while keeping logistical and financial harmony.
• Adhere to the enablement of digital mindset and utilize the latest digital tools at our disposal, to make the above-mentioned responsibilities more automated and error free.
• Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values as well as the Safety and Environmental standards.
BASIC (required) QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or Technologist Diploma from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an electrical distribution field, managing the commercial, transactional and technical facet of projects.
• Understanding of single line diagram and power distribution knowledge.
• Bilingual in English / French – will be required to communicate fluently in French with the customers and sales and English with all other supporting functions.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience working with electrical assemblies.
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to details and ability to follow up on open actions.
• Comfortable with delivering unpopular and uncomfortable messages to stakeholders.
• Possess strong leadership and organizational skills and demonstrate ability to take ownership of assignment and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and situations to achieve superior proactive project order management and customer service.
• Strong computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Cloud applications.
• Experience with O365 platform, SharePoint and Power Automate.
