About the role
Welcome and orient guests to the Spa/Salon, book spa/salon services and fitness classes, check guests in and out of the Spa/Salon. Respond to all interactions in an efficient,courteousand professional manner to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction.
What you will do
The Spa/Salon Supervisoris responsible foroverseeing the day-to-day operations of the Spa/Salon Front Desk, Spa/Salon DeskCoordinatorsand the Spa/Salon Attendants. The Supervisor mustat all timesdisplay professionalism and attention to detail to serve as an example and leader to the Spa/Salon Coordinators and the Spa/Salon Attendants.Comply withand act as an example of all FourSeasons’policies and procedures.
What you bring
• Requirespast experiencewithin the Spa/Beautyindustry, orrequires one year of spa/salon employment within the Four Seasons.PreviousSupervisory experience in a related field preferred.
• Requires a working knowledge of computer programs (i.e.Word, Excel, Outlook, B4Time,)
• Oral and written proficiencyin the English language. Superiorcommunicationsskills.
• A superior sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a busy environment and patience.
• Also able to coach and work well with all staff members.
