The Spares Supervisor is responsible for oversight and operation of the Spares stockroom area. The position manages and reports revolving inventory levels while ensuring material requisitions are filled promptly, reporting discrepancies and material shortages while maintaining accurate inventory control records.
What you will be responsible for:
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What you will need to be successful in this role.
High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year work experience in a complex assembly environment preferred
Basic computer skills
Have a thorough knowledge of common warehouse practices and warehouse tool operations, i.e., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Must have ability to read and comprehend work instructions, and other technical data
Must possess good interpersonal skills with strong desire to work in a teamwork environment
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
