Group/Division

The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for regional counterparts on the Spares Demand Planning team.
  • Manage communications and messaging between customer regions and internal planning counterparts.
  • Drive Spares Delivery Performance across all products for your region by reviewing stocking levels, replenishments, and field demand behavior.
  • Translate regional/customer requests into a problem statement for review with HQ team. Driving appropriate review and response to field
  • Monitor and report out Fill Rate Performance v. Fill Rate Targets and Planned vs. Actual Inventory
  • Perform miss analysis and drive cross-functional actions that impact current and future Fill Rate performance.
  • Assessment of spare part plan to ensure coverage is sufficient to meet requirements.
  • Ability to recognize process gaps and drive improvements holistically across cross functional teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across KLA to improve customer experience and develop mechanisms that support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders surrounding part transition strategies with compliance and regulatory focus.
  • Drive readiness reviews for product transitions and regulatory changes impacting spare part availability and customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of related experience. BS or BA, preferably in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel;, SQL a plus
  • Experience in part transition management.
  • Experience with trade and compliance regulations.
  • Experience with S&OP processes preferred.
  • Experience with inventory planning is required.
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills: ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to support demand and supply optimization.
  • Ability to work well on cross-functional teams in multiple locations and time zones.
  • Excellent communication/presentation, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be self-driven, independent, yet strong collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with ambiguity, identify gaps, and implement innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency. Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve sophisticated issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Successful candidates must have clear sense of urgency and adaptability to fast moving and highly competitive industry.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects in parallel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or equivalent experience

Total Rewards

Base Pay Range: $77,800.00 - $114,133.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
