DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1) Responsible for regular spare parts planning based on customer sales orders, plants capacity and inventory availability etc. 2) Follow up the situation of spare forecast, inventory allocations, orders fulfillment and management, domestic delivery arrangements etc.3) Timely adjust spare plan according to customer and capacity information, feedback and communicate order delivery requirements, reports and escalations4) Improve spare inventory turnover, manage inventory structure, balance supply and demand of materials, coordinate and deal with risk materials and backlog5) Material data management, spare order management, planning, sales forecast accuracy management, safety inventory setting6) Manage shortages and control emergencies, drive the root cause if failure and come up with corrective actions and drive continuously on time delivery7)Participate in S&OP meetings and make improvements as required8) Create and process orders in ERP systems9) Complete other tasks assigned by leader EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:1) BS degree or equivalent, mechanical or related field is preferred; 5-7 experience in relate to customer order management, plant planning,semiconductor or automotive industry is preferred.2) Be familiar with production process and have practical experience in customer service, material control planning, warehousing, order management and order processing.3) Sensitivity and accuracy in numerical processing.4) Require Excellent data analysis skills, details-oriented and good logical thinking.5)Able to read and write English.6)Open-minded and good communication skill, can work under high pressures, good patience with changes.7)Be good at Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.8) SAP or ERP experiences is needed, CPIM certificated is an advantage.9) Knowledge of lean production management is preferred.
