In this role, you will ensure the availability, accuracy, and optimization of spare parts that support our manufacturing operations. As the site expert for spare parts and warehouse processes, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of maintenance materials, support SAP PM processes, and help ensure equipment reliability, business continuity, and compliance within a GMP-regulated environment.

This position reports directly to the Maintenance & Engineering System Supervisor, with flexibility of hybrid working module.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the lifecycle of spare parts, including material creation, classification, inventory optimization, and obsolescence management.
• Ensure robust master data governance, efficient warehouse processes, and reliable maintenance planning through effective use of SAP systems.
• Verify availability of critical spare parts to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Coordinate supplier deliveries, goods’ receipts, and SAP transactions.
• Maintain accurate spare parts master data and act as a key user for SAP PM processes.
• Support safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations in line with GMP, EHS, and Quality requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Finance, etc.) and external suppliers.
• Support audits and ensure documentation is inspection-ready

YOU BRING:

• University degree in Engineer, Business Administration, Supply Chain or another relevant discipline.
• Between 2-4 years’ experience in an industry environment or warehouse, preferably within the pharmaceutical or process industry.
• Native Greek speaker and good command of the English language.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP, ideally within SAP PM and Materials Management.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external partners.
