  • Advise customers and internal departments on spare and wear parts for the Renewable Gas business, determining procurement costs and calculating competitive sales prices.
  • Prepare internal quotes and process customer orders end-to-end, including invoicing and on-time delivery coordination.
  • Support WtX plant construction by collaborating with engineering and project teams during the erection phase, providing technical parts expertise on-site as needed.
  • Conduct ongoing market monitoring and analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities within the Renewable Gas segment.
  • Travel internationally (approx. 10% per year) to support customers and construction sites, building strong relationships across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Technical background in plant or mechanical engineering, complemented by business training and hands-on experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
  • Strong product knowledge in industrial or plant equipment, with an entrepreneurial mindset, resilience under pressure, and a quality-driven approach to delivery.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, with the ability to manage orders, pricing, and reporting efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus given the international nature of the role.
