About the Role

  • Based in our head office in Belrose or our Wetherill Park location

  • Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days office, 2 days WFH, Mon-Fri

  • Become a parts detective in a welcoming team, solve problems, find solutions.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key responsibilities include

  • Working with customers and technicians to identify parts, provide information, raise quotations and deliver sales and aftersales support

  • Driving spare parts sale with effective and focused customer service orders

  • Ensuring parts supply and delivery targets are met

  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

The successful applicant will have:

  • A passion for customer service and aftersales support

  • Pride in their work and reputation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate MS Excel and confidence in CRM and MRP software

  • A logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail

  • The ability to work unsupervised and also work within a team when required

  • Previous experience in with spare parts is not essential, but a desire to learn about our business and our products is.
