Objetivo del Puesto:
La misión del Field Inside Sales es impulsar la venta de refacciones y servicios mediante visitas directas para identificar necesidades técnicas en las instalaciones del cliente. Debe realizar levantamientos en campo y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para asegurar la continuidad operativa de las tres unidades de la empresa.
Asimismo, busca garantizar una atención integral gestionando desde la búsqueda de proveedores y disponibilidad de stock hasta el seguimiento administrativo del pedido. El rol equilibra la labor comercial en campo con el control en oficina para asegurar que el cliente reciba información oportuna sobre sus entregas y facturación.
