Key Responsibilities
Spare Parts Operations
- Manage daily spare parts operations, including order processing, demand planning, inventory control, and supply fulfillment.
- Monitor parts availability and ensure timely replenishment to support dealer aftersales operations.
- Coordinate emergency/VOR (Vehicle Off Road) parts orders to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Analyze inventory turnover, stock aging, and fill rate to optimize inventory structure and operational efficiency.
- Support spare parts pricing, parts master data maintenance, and system updates where applicable.
- Prepare regular operational reports and data analysis related to parts supply and inventory performance.
Logistics & Warehouse Management
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and local transportation.
- Liaise with 3PL providers, warehouse operators, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor logistics lead time, transportation cost, and delivery performance.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, stock counting, and inventory accuracy.
- Assist in establishing and improving warehouse and logistics SOPs and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
Dealer & Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with dealers on spare parts supply issues, order status, and logistics support.
- Work closely with HQ teams including Supply Chain, Aftersales, Procurement, Finance, and Planning departments.
- Support new model launch preparation from spare parts and logistics perspectives.
- Collect market feedback and propose continuous improvement initiatives for aftersales operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts, aftersales operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience with automotive OEMs, distributor companies, or dealership networks is preferred.
- Good understanding of automotive aftersales parts operations and inventory management.
- Familiar with import/export processes, warehousing, and logistics operations in Malaysia.
- Experience in ERP/DMS systems such as SAP or related systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin Chinese speaking ability is an added advantage.
