Position Title: Spare Part Store Clerk

Location: Kilinto

Job Purpose

Management and control of the spare parts store in a safe and efficient way. while improving the key performance indicators and eradicating waste and losses to make sure sustainable environment. when necessary, execute tasks deemed important for business as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Safety, food safety and sustainability

• Manages the spare parts store and related activities in a safe manner.

Work Processes

• Manages material catalogue.
• Manages the spare parts store in accordance with the supply and inventory work processes (receiving, issuing, 5S).
• Manages cycle counting and supports and executes MRP in according with required settings.
• Conducts Tagging if required or appropriate.

• Ensure spare part store is organized and clean
• Identifies and reports obsolete stock items (e.g. checking slow movers, parts for obsolete machines).
• Controls the shelf life of parts (e.g. by auditing age and replacing out-of-date materials

ORGANIZATION, INTERFACES & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Manages the spare parts store and related processes, works together with the storekeeper and reports to the planning team leader (PTL).
• Coordination and alignment between ME and SPC and storekeeper, i.e. ensures proper spare segmentation and proper MRP-settings are in place
• Manages coordination and alignment regarding handovers between the planning team and the maintenance execution; both from handing over to execution and/or receiving returned materials from execution team.

TPM & Continuous Improvement

• Ensures implementation of 5S in spare parts store on a regular basis.

Information & Data Management

• Manages the MRP data and ensures the settings are up to date.
• Manages the material catalogue data and ensures it is up to date.
• Manages the spare segmentation data and ensures it is up to date.

• The ability to act in a way that contributes to maintaining a safe environment for employees, contractors and visitors in line with the applicable statutory, HEINEKEN, and local regulations, policies and procedures.

• The ability to operate with good environmental conditions and improve environmental aspects of the operation.

• The ability to train and support AM teams in achieving, sustaining and improving basic equipment condition.
• Make innovations to the process where applicable.

Equipment Operation & Control

• The ability to prepare, schedule, execute and register planned maintenance processes and activities. Improve the process and innovate where applicable.

Equipment Maintenance

• The ability to restore malfunctioning equipment to an operational condition and determine, analyses and systematically eliminate the root causes of failures.

Job Requirements

Education

• Secondary vocational education (Practitioner-level and/or similar).

Experience and Skills

• Proven ability with storekeeping activities.
