Spare Part Administrator

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Be the bridge that turns a customer’s spare-parts request into a clear, reliable experience. In this role, your work supports Sidel’s spare-parts sales and customer satisfaction—helping customers access the parts and information they need. You will join Sidel’s SP Department and manage the quote-to-cash process for spare parts, from offers through order follow-up. The reporting line and geographical or customer scope were not confirmed in the available information.

YOUR MISSION

• Manage customer requests and inquiries about spare-parts pricing, availability and order processing; prepare and follow up on offers in the ERP or through webservices.
• Process orders and confirmations, proactively monitor backlogs, and follow delivery to support on-time, in-full fulfilment.
• Coordinate logistics around customer and country requirements, and work with Finance on payment terms.
• Handle returns, claims and non-conformity issues, following through with relevant teams to help resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain customer data in the ERP, contribute to reporting and customer reviews, and promote and assist with SSO.

YOUR PROFILE

• You bring relevant upper-secondary skills or a college degree in trade, languages, logistics or information technology.
• You communicate clearly in fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
• You understand trade, supply, industrial retail, order management or logistics; spare-parts experience is welcome.
• You are confident with Excel and ERP systems; SAP knowledge and a logistics certificate are pluses.
• You can organize competing requests, work independently under pressure, and collaborate with curiosity and a customer-focused mindset. Applicants with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
