Position details

TransPerfect is currently looking for Spanish, German, Italian, French and English language trainers in Alicante (or nearby area), to join our team of language professionals. As a language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds.

Main Objectives and Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training

• Be prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners’ needs

• Assess language levels

• Create language content

• Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high

• Monitor progress and evaluate learners’ performance throughout the course

• Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and be prepared to adjust lessons to different culturally-based learning styles

Requirements

• Native or native proficiency in one of the target languages (Spanish, German, Italian, French or English)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching the target language (Spanish, German, Italian, French or English)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the corporate business environment

• Knowledge of a second language
