SPECIALIST (SPANISH SPEAKING)

An exciting opportunity is available for a
Spanish-speaking
Travel Specialist
to join a dynamic reservations team, designing and
coordinating bespoke luxury safari itineraries across East Africa. This role is
perfect for a passionate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional travel experiences to
international clients.


Key Responsibilities:
• Design tailor-made FIT itineraries across East Africa
• Manage the full reservations process from enquiry to final travel
documentation
• Communicate with international travel agents, suppliers, and guests
• Prepare accurate quotations, itineraries, and invoices
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through proactive sales
• Coordinate logistics with lodges, camps, airlines, and ground teams
• Ensure all guest preferences and special requirements are captured
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, service, and turnaround times
• Stay updated on safari products, destinations, and industry trends
• Provide support to team members and assist with rotational duties
(weekends/public holidays)

Requirements


Requirements:


• 3–5 years’ experience in luxury safari reservations or tour consulting
• Diploma or degree in Tourism or related field
• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of East African destinations and safari logistics
• Experience working with international travel agents and luxury clientele
• Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g. Tourplan) and tools such as WETU
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
