Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish (C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable working with Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and common software applications.
• Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer support is an advantage but not essential.
