Your Role

You'll support Spanish-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers with questions about their vehicles, features and connected services.

You'll:

• Help customers understand vehicle features and services
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
• Handle enquiries via phone, email and chat
• Explain solutions clearly and professionally
• Deliver the premium customer experience Mercedes-Benz is known for

No technical background required — you'll be trained from the ground up.

Work Remotely From Greece

Once you've relocated and completed your training, you can work 100% remotely from anywhere in Greece

Your relocation starts in Athens or Thessaloniki, where you'll receive support getting settled. Once you're established, you can choose where you'd like to live — from a lively city to a smaller town or somewhere closer to the coast.

And you'll receive all the equipment you need to work from home

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in cars, technology or technical support
• Comfortable learning new systems and information
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently living abroad
• EU passport or valid Greek work permit
