At Tutor Me Education, we connect passionate educators with neurodivergent students for high-impact, 1:1 in-home tutoring. As an In-Home Bilingual Spanish Special Education Tutor, you'll deliver personalized academic instruction primarily in Spanish, along with socio-emotional support and patient behavioral guidance aligned to each student's learning style and IEP goals — right in their home.
Because our tutors act as a vital bridge for our students, professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required While tutoring sessions will be conducted in Spanish, you must be fully comfortable and fluent in English to communicate student progress, strategies, and updates with families, guardians, and school staff who may only speak English.
This is a flexible, part-time W-2 employee role. Start with one student (~2–10 hrs/week) and take on additional students whenever you'd like to grow your hours and income.
$25–$35+ per hour, based on your credentials, specialization, and the needs of the student you're matched with.
Most roles fall in the $25–$35+ range; higher rates apply for credentialed or specialized tutors, higher-need cases, and bilingual (Spanish/English) matches.
