AXA is a global leader in insurance and financial services, dedicated to helping customers protect what matters most to them. As the sixth-largest insurance company in the world, we provide a wide range of services, including health, car, home, and business insurance. We support millions of customers worldwide, helping them navigate life's uncertainties with confidence.
AXA Health International offers global healthcare support and protection to individuals and businesses in over 200 countries, backed by more than 55 years of experience through its international hubs.
AXA Health International is seeking a motivated, bilingual Spanish-speaking Direct Sales Consultant to join our friendly non-advisory sales team in Tunbridge Wells. This full-time, permanent role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no evenings or weekends — perfect for those seeking regular hours and better work-life balance. You'll build great relationships by understanding what clients need, explaining healthcare choices clearly, and providing excellent service. The role offers a £28,000 basic salary, a £1,250 language allowance, and uncapped bonuses, with agents averaging around £1,000 in monthly bonuses after one year. Full training is provided to support your success.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week away from home, moving three days a week from 1st December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
You’ll work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8am and 5pm. No evenings or weekends.
When you join us, you’ll be given extensive training on our products and tools to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to succeed. Training starts with a four-week programme and after this you’ll join one of our sales teams where you’ll receive one-to-one coaching sessions, role play and live listening. Our sessions will help to motivate and inspire you as well as support you with your sales techniques.
At AXA Health International, we flourish on a supportive working environment, on open and honest conversations and on regular coaching and development. You will be constantly supported in your role, looking for ways to improve and progress, and to make the most of your skillset.
The initial stage of the interview process is a virtual exploratory call to discuss your skills and experience. If you are successful, the next step will be an in-person, competency-based interview, which will include a telephone role play.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
