Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a position for a Spanish Speaking Digital Store Consultant. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting our Spanish-speaking clients in navigating and maximizing their digital store experiences. You will leverage your understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to provide exceptional support and solutions tailored to client needs.
As a Digital Store Consultant, you will engage directly with clients to help them optimize their online sales channels and improve customer engagement. Your proficiency in Spanish will be essential in building strong relationships and delivering high-quality service that meets the diverse demands of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Consult with Spanish-speaking clients to assess their digital store requirements and goals
- Analyze existing e-commerce strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Provide tailored recommendations for enhancing digital store performance
- Conduct training sessions on e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate online sales metrics, offering insights for optimization

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Client-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing is a plus but not required
