We are recruiting Customer Support Specialists fluent in Spanish and English for an on-site position based in Barcelona, Spain.

Your Role

• Provide professional and timely customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, account updates, service requests, and general questions.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear, effective solutions.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and records within internal CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Uphold established service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction standards.

Your Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with Galician or Basque (written and spoken).
• Good working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and active listening abilities.
• Good computer literacy and confidence navigating digital platforms and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact centers is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Barcelona and adapt to rotating shifts.
