Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online Marketplace Platform Department! In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with essential support as they navigate our online marketplace. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to the online marketplace
- Provide information on products, order statuses, returns, and shipping inquiries
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate as necessary
- Gather feedback from customers to improve our services and offerings
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new product features and marketplace policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on satisfaction and quality service
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus
