In this vital role, you will provide exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate our mobile banking platform and addressing any inquiries they may have. Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to mobile banking features, transactions, and account management
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Guide customers on best practices for using mobile banking services safely and effectively
- Gather customer feedback to enhance our services
- Participate in training sessions to remain informed on product features and updates
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with mobile banking technologies and platforms is a plus
