Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Food Delivery Service Department in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients as they navigate our food delivery platform. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our services.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with their food delivery orders, menu selections, and account management
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system
- Collaborate with logistics and restaurant partners to resolve issues efficiently
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customers' ordering experience
- Gather customer feedback to improve service and offerings
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on platform features and services
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the food service or delivery industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for service
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food delivery platforms and customer support tools is a plus
