Your role
As an Over the Phone interpreter (OPI) you will be assisting with consecutive bidirectional interpretation of important information from the source language into a target language. We are looking for competent Interpreters to aid non-English speakers across a range of activities.

Your responsibilities:
📌Providing over the phone interpretation services.
📌Imparting thought, purpose, spirit, emotions, and tone of speakers from source language into target language. (Spanish-English language pair).
📌Complying with applicable ethics and standards
📌Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical one, specifically).
Required qualifications (Must have):
⭐Bilingual English-Spanish: a B2/C1 level
⭐A valid US identification and current residency in the US are required
⭐We consider as a plus: Experience in the interpretation and good knowledge of medical / legal terminology
⭐Computer : Windows 10 or newer, with Pentium, or I3 processor. Minimum: Core 2 Duo 2.1 GHz / Recommended: i5 / i7 2.4 GHz and above.. It should have a 4 GB RAM Minimum (8GB recommended).
⭐Stable and fast internet connection(Wi-Fi is not allowed). Internet speed of 4Mbps Download/Upload.
⭐A noise canceling wired USB Headsets
⭐Willingness to learn and grow both professionally and personally.
