As a Customer Expert, you will handle inbound calls from retail customers in the Spanish market, assisting with:

• Product inquiries
• Sales support
• Aftersales service
• Delivery-related questions
• Basic technical troubleshooting

The role combines customer service, sales support, and technical assistance You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop system. Full product training is provided, and complex cases will be escalated when necessary.

What Your Daily Life Will Look Like

• Handling inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers
• Supporting with product usage and troubleshooting
• Assisting with orders, warranties, repairs, and replacements
• Providing a premium customer experience
• Working with modern tools and systems
• Collaborating in an international team environment

Requirements

• Spanish (C1+ level)
• Good English skills
• Previous experience in customer service (required)
• Comfortable using multiple applications and browser tabs
• Affinity for technology and technical products
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
